How to Order

All our Menus can be ordered online alternatively you can email or telephone us. Please ensure that all the correct contact and delivery details are provided when ordering.

Minimum Order

All orders are subject to a minimum order number of 6 people.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of vat.

Last Order Times

We require all orders to be placed by 3.00pm for following day delivery. Monday deliveries orders need to be placed by 3pm Friday.

Deliveries

We offer a free delivery service within the Cardiff area, free delivery will be considered for surrounding areas depending on location and size of order. In office blocks all deliveries will be made to reception, unless otherwise requested. However for larger orders we will deliver further, please contact us with your area and we'll provide you with a quotation immediately.

Payment Methods

Cash or cheque payments are accepted and are payable on delivery. For larger companies or organisations credit facilities on receipt of a successful credit application. Cheques should be made payable to Cardiff Park Plaza.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 24hrs prior to delivery.

Alcohol Orders

On alcohol orders it is the responsibility of the customer to confirm they are over the age of 18.
